この度、沖縄ツーリスト株式会社（以下、「当社」）が運営するサービスにおいて、お客様の個人情報が漏えいした可能性があることを確認したため、現在、一部サービスを一時停止しております。お客様には多大なるご迷惑とご心配をおかけいたしますことを、深くお詫び申し上げます。
これまでの経緯と対応
社外より個人情報漏えいに関するお問い合わせを受け、初期的な調査を行った結果、個人情報の漏えいが発生した可能性があることを確認しました。現在、外部専門家の協力のもと、対象となる情報、影響範囲および原因等について詳細な調査を進めております。また、安全確保のため、10月18日より当該サイトへの外部からのアクセスを遮断するとともに、個人情報保護委員会への報告を含む必要な対応を進めております。
サービスの一時停止
2026年10月20日16時30分より、個人情報を取り扱う以下のサービスの新規予約受付を一時停止しております。なお、2026年10月20日16時30分までに既にお申込みが完了しているお客様については、お申込み頂いた内容の通りご利用いただけます。また、下記以外の当社サービスについては継続しております。

Notice Regarding Potential Leakage of Customers’ Personal Information and Temporary Suspension of Services
Okinawa Tourist Service Inc. (hereinafter, “OTS”) has recognized the possibility that customers’ personal information may have been leaked in connection with services operated by OTS. In response, OTS has temporarily suspended certain services. OTS sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience and concern this may cause our customers.
Background and Response
After receiving an external inquiry regarding a possible leakage of personal information, OTS conducted an initial investigation and confirmed that there is a possibility that such leakage has occurred. With the cooperation of external experts, OTS is currently conducting a detailed investigation into the information that may be affected, the scope of the impact, and the causes. For security reasons, as of October 18, 2026, OTS has blocked external access to the affected website. We are also taking all necessary measures, including reporting the incident to the Personal Information Protection Commission (Japan).
Temporary Suspension of Services
As of 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 2026, OTS has temporarily suspended the acceptance of new reservations for the following services that handle personal information. Customers whose applications were completed on or before 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 2026 may use the services as originally reserved. All other services provided by OTS, aside from those listed below, continue to operate.
